We work with businesses across a variety of industries. We are most focused on manufacturing, machining and other Commercial and B2B services. However, we don’t limit ourselves to those industries as long as we are the right fit to achieve your desired outcome. Most businesses we work with fall in the $1-5 million revenue range but could be larger. They are generally established businesses with 5+ years or operating history. These are all general guidelines and not firm requirements. Above all else, we will only work with business owners in a partnership founded on mutual respect. That we cannot compromise on.

Investments can take many forms, a full acquisition, acquiring a stake, arranging a merger, rolling up multiple businesses, growth partners, helping a business owner overcome a single obstacle, LP equity investments, or arranging various forms of debt financing. The type of investment depends on the business owner’ needs, the health of the business, and the level of risk, among other factors.
We typically are not involved in the day-to-day operations. We mostly help with strategic decision-making to accomplish a specific goal. We add value to the businesses we partner with and are not generally passive LP investors.
It all starts with a quick and free no-obligation phone call to understand your business and your needs. We will determine if we are the right fit for you and if you are the right fit for us. If we decide to move forward we will have a more in-depth conversation to drill into your business and understand what direction you are wanting to take and what your time frame is. We will ask about financial information. If both parties would like to proceed further we will sign an NDA and review at least three years of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant business documentation. We can then begin to work on a specific strategy to achieve your goals. Deeper due diligence may be needed but we are usually able to complete a transaction within three months.
